Cube is a German bicycle manufacturer founded in 1993 by Marcus Purner in Waldershof, Bavaria, where it still designs and assembles bikes today. The Stereo name has been Cube's full-suspension trail platform for two decades; the electrified 'Stereo Hybrid' arrived as Bosch mid-drive e-MTBs went mainstream in the mid-2010s. Cube leaned hard into the category and, by pairing aggressive value pricing with genuine Bosch Performance CX power and progressive suspension, turned the Stereo Hybrid into one of Europe's best-selling e-MTB families. Around 2020-2022 Cube standardised the line into three travel-based siblings badged 120, 140 and 160 (rear travel in mm), then in 2022 moved the whole range onto Bosch's Smart System with the 750 Wh PowerTube battery and Kiox 300 display. For model-year 2025 the names changed again to Stereo Hybrid ONE22 / ONE44 / ONE77, but the three-tier trail/all-mountain/enduro concept is unchanged.

- Strong, refined Bosch Performance CX motor with class-leading 750 Wh range on 2022+ models
- Excellent spec-for-money — carbon frames and top suspension/brakes at prices below most rivals
- One platform covers everyone: pick 120/140/160 by terrain, all with the same drivetrain of power
- Geometry has been criticised as conservative/steep for the travel — the 160 in particular felt nervous on steep enduro descents (BikeRadar 2.5/5)
- Stock tyres and some builds run thin sidewalls needing high pressure, hurting grip and comfort
- Fully-integrated / headset cable routing on newer frames makes home maintenance harder

Smart System era (2022-2024)
- The 120/140/160 travel-badged line matured here. 750 Wh not compatible with older 625 Wh. Best value sweet-spot used.
ONE-series rename (2025+)
- Renamed ONE22/ONE44/ONE77. Same concept, latest components.
