Algupära
Segway lõi E2 seeria tõelise algajatele mõeldud valikuna, mis ei vaja absoluutselt mingit hooldust. - Lightweight and portable (~14–15 kg) with a one-step double-latch fold — easy to carry and store
- Effective dual braking (electronic front + rear drum) with short stopping distance and little adjustment needed

- Real-world range (~16–17 km) falls well short of the advertised 25 km
- Underpowered 300 W (500 W peak) motor and slow acceleration (~9 s to top speed) — riders outgrow it quickly
- Harsh ride on uneven surfaces: hollow solid tires plus no suspension transfer every bump (standard E2 Plus has no suspension)
- Low max load (~90 kg / 198 lb) limits heavier riders
- Long ~7-hour charge time relative to the small 220 Wh battery; stiff carry latch needs real effort
