KTMMacina Cross
e-trekking
01
Izcelsme
The Macina Cross launched as KTM's mainstream e-trekking platform in 2016 and has been steadily upgraded to match Bosch's Smart System evolution. By 2024 it uses the Gen.4 Performance CX motor with 750 Wh integrated battery — putting it among the more capable trekking e-bikes in its class. With an air-sprung fork, Shimano Deore XT drivetrain, and 47 mm Schwalbe tires, it covers gravel paths, forest roads and light trails comfortably. Multiple trims (510, 710, 720, LFC, SX) allow a broad price range.

- Shimano XT drivetrain and Schwalbe tires matched well to the terrain this bike targets
−Vājās puses
- 750 Wh PowerTube battery adds significant weight — total bike weight typically 23–25 kg
- 65 mm fork travel is modest — limits confidence on more technical off-road terrain
- Max 25 km/h motor assist (EU pedelec limit) means speed riders will often be above the assist zone on flat roads
