Происхождение
Rocky Mountain launched the Powerplay e-MTB line in 2019 with a bold claim: they would build their own motor. While Bosch, Shimano, and TQ power the rest of the industry, Rocky Mountain developed Dyname in-house — first the 4.0, then the S4 Pro, and in 2025 the lighter S4 Lite for the Instinct Powerplay SL. The SL (Super Light) target was a sub-20 kg trail e-MTB that rides closer to an analogue bike. The OvertimePack range extender is a uniquely flexible solution: riders who don't need extra range skip the weight, those who do can bolt it on.
