Parīze bija Pinarello izturības šosejas velosipēds — maigāka ģeometrija, nedaudz augstāks stūres statnis un 30 mm nominālais riepu klīrenss (reāli līdz ~42 mm pie ķēdes statņiem). Tas izmantoja Gan K platformu, bet pievienoja Onda dakšas līknes, asimetriskas caurules un no Dogma aizgūtus aerodinamiskus elementus, lai saglabātu zīmola identitāti. Būvēts no lētāka T600 oglekļa, tas tika pozicionēts kā ieejas līmeņa Pinarello — Itālijas karogs un līmētiem līdzīgi metinājumi, bet par trīs līdz pieciem tūkstošiem eiro, nevis piecpadsmit. Pinarello pārtrauca Parīzes ražošanu 2023. gadā, aizstājot to ar X-Series (X1/X3/X5/X7/X9), kas piedāvā modernāku iekšējo kabeļu izvadu un plašāku riepu klīrensu.
