Joyor is an e-scooter brand run by JOYOR Vehicle Co., Ltd., founded in 2014 in Zhejiang, China, with a European operating base in Barcelona, Spain, and design input from the Netherlands. The company grew from an OEM/ODM background — quietly building scooters for other labels — into a brand selling under its own name in more than 30 countries across Europe, North America and Asia. That manufacturing pedigree shows in the F-series: the F1 and F3 are Joyor's entry-level, feather-light commuter models, designed to hit a low price and a low weight rather than chase headline speed. The F3 slots in as the slightly longer-range sibling of the tiny F1, aimed squarely at the mainstream EU commuter who wants something cheap, foldable and easy to carry onto a bus or up a flight of stairs.
