Origin
The Venta is Basso's most attainable Italian-made carbon road bike, aimed at intermediate riders who want hand-built Italian quality without the race-only fit. Made in Italy from mid-spec Torayca T700, it keeps the brand's signature fully-carbon, alloy-free construction — no metal dropouts or inserts. Its geometry is a touch more relaxed than the race Diamante, with a higher stack and shorter reach, while the engineers tuned fibre orientation to add compliance. The later Venta R reshaped it to be more aero, more integrated and more versatile, with clearance up to 35 mm.
