Vendor / Shop Rules
These rules govern the activities of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (hereinafter — "Professional Sellers" or "Vendors").
1. Business Verification (KYB — Know Your Business)
1.1. In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), the Platform is required to ensure the identification and verification of Professional Sellers.
1.2. To obtain [SHOP] status, the Vendor must provide:
- Full legal entity name or individual entrepreneur's name
- Registered address
- Phone number and email
- Registration number (or equivalent identifier)
- Documents from the official registry (e.g., e-Äriregister)
- Payment details (if required)
- Self-declaration of EU law compliance
1.3. The Platform takes reasonable measures (best efforts) to verify the accuracy of the provided data, including using official registries or requesting additional documents.
1.4. In case of incomplete or inaccurate data, the Platform may:
- Request clarification
- Temporarily suspend access to functionality
- Deny [SHOP] status
2. Transparency for Users (Traceability)
2.1. The Platform ensures that Vendor information is displayed to users, including:
- Seller name or company name
- Country of registration
- Registration number (if available)
- Professional seller status
2.2. This information is provided in the listing interface or Vendor profile.
3. [SHOP] Status and Benefits
3.1. After successful verification, the Vendor receives [SHOP] status.
3.2. Vendors may be provided with:
- Extended listing limits
- Access to listing management tools
- Search result priority
3.3. Benefits are provided based on Platform algorithms.
4. Vendor Obligations
4.1. Transparency: provide accurate prices, warranty and return conditions, and truthful product information.
4.2. Content quality: professional descriptions, real photos, no misleading information.
4.3. Product identification: mandatory serial numbers (if applicable).
4.4. Customer service: respond to user inquiries within a reasonable time (recommended within 24 hours on business days).
5. Prohibited Activities
The following is prohibited:
- Selling counterfeit goods
- Intellectual property infringement
- Rating manipulation or use of bots
- Using the Platform solely to redirect to third-party resources without actually listing products
6. Monitoring and Re-verification
6.1. The Platform may periodically request re-verification of data.
6.2. The Vendor is required to promptly update information when registration data changes.
7. Suspension and Termination of Status
7.1. The Platform may suspend or revoke [SHOP] status in case of:
- Inaccurate data
- Systematic violations
- User complaints
- Non-compliance with legal requirements
7.2. In case of business cessation, the Vendor must notify the Platform.
8. Cooperation with Authorities
8.1. The Platform may transfer Vendor information to competent authorities in cases provided by law.
9. Data Retention
9.1. Vendor data is retained for the duration of Platform use and for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations.
