Listing Policy

Platform: URBALT (urbalt.ee) · Version 2.0 · March 20, 2026

1. General Requirements

1.1. One item — one listing. Duplicating, copying, or mass posting of identical listings is prohibited.

1.2. The product description must be accurate, complete, and not misleading.

1.3. The seller must have the legal right to sell the item.

2. Photos

2.1. Only real photos of the actual item are allowed.

2.2. Prohibited:

  • use of stock images;
  • use of photos with third-party watermarks;
  • use of other people's photos without permission.

2.3. Recommended to include:

  • overall view of the item;
  • serial number.

3. Serial Numbers (Anti-Theft)

3.1. Providing a serial number is mandatory.

3.2. If the number is missing or damaged, the User must:

  • state the reason;
  • provide supporting documents (receipt, product passport, etc.).

3.3. Providing false or counterfeit serial numbers is prohibited and may result in:

  • listing removal;
  • account suspension;
  • referral of information to law enforcement.

4. Categories and Prices

4.1. Listings must be placed in the appropriate categories (Bikes, Scooters, Micro-Mobility).

4.2. The price must be real and reflect the actual value of the item.

4.3. Prohibited:

  • posting fictitious prices (e.g., "1 €");
  • price manipulation to attract attention.

5. Prohibited Content

The following is prohibited:

  • stolen goods;
  • counterfeit goods;
  • items prohibited by law;
  • items posing a danger to life and health;
  • misleading listings.

6. Moderation

6.1. The Platform reviews listings before and after publication.

6.2. The Platform may:

  • send a listing for revision;
  • hide a listing;
  • remove a listing.

7. Violations and Sanctions

7.1. In case of violations, the Platform may:

  • restrict account functionality;
  • temporarily suspend access;
  • delete the account.

7.2. Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension.

8. Repeated Violations

8.1. The Platform takes measures against Users who systematically violate the rules.

8.2. Such measures may include:

  • publishing restrictions;
  • feature limitations;
  • account suspension.

9. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

9.1. If signs of illegal activity are identified, the Platform may transfer User data to competent authorities in accordance with the law.
