Moderation, Checks and Security
1. General Principles
1.1. The Platform carries out preliminary and subsequent moderation of content posted by Users in order to ensure safety, prevent fraud, and comply with the law.
1.2. All moderation decisions are made in a timely, fair, objective, and non-arbitrary manner.
2. Review Procedures
2.1. Listings may undergo additional review before or after publication.
2.2. During such review, a listing may be temporarily restricted in distribution, including:
- exclusion from search results;
- limited display in recommendations;
- restricted algorithmic promotion.
2.3. During the review period, the listing may remain accessible via a direct link.
2.4. The review period may vary depending on the nature of the listing, risk level, results of automated analysis systems, and manual moderation.
3. Automation and Risk Assessment
3.1. The Platform may use automated systems and internal risk assessment procedures to detect suspicious activity, including signs of fraud or illegal origin of goods.
3.2. If potential violations are detected, the Platform may temporarily restrict the listing or account functionality until the review is completed.
4. Notifications and Transparency
4.1. The Platform provides the User with a clear and specific justification for restrictions or content removal (Statement of Reasons) within a reasonable timeframe.
4.2. In exceptional cases, notification may be delayed if immediate notification could:
- affect the effectiveness of the review;
- create a risk for other Users;
- affect other legally protected interests.
4.3. The User agrees that certain moderation measures may be applied without immediate notification if there are justified reasons.
5. Complaints and Appeals (Notice & Action)
5.1. Any person has the right to report content they consider illegal through the "Report" function or via email at [email protected].
5.2. The notice should, to the extent possible, contain:
- justification of the reasons for illegality;
- exact URL;
- contact details of the reporter;
- confirmation of good faith.
5.3. The Platform acknowledges receipt of the notice and informs of the decision made without undue delay.
5.4. The User has the right to appeal the decision within 6 months of its adoption.
6. System Protection
6.1. The Platform does not carry out general monitoring of User content, except as required by law.
6.2. The Platform may restrict a User's access to features (including posting listings and filing complaints) in case of identified abuses or systematic violations of rules.
6.3. The Platform is not responsible for the content of messages transmitted between Users.
