Acoustic Horizon Plus N8 FH 2022-2024 (Nexus 8-speed hub gear) — the BEST used acoustic trekking value in Baltic market. Hub gear means almost no maintenance, Suntour Mobie A32 fork is comfortable, Tektro 4-piston brakes are powerful. €550-900 used. Hard to beat for winter commuting.

E-Horizon Edition LTD vs Expert 600 — Edition LTD has 750 Wh battery + Bosch Performance Line (63 Nm); Expert 600 has 625 Wh battery + Bosch CX (85 Nm). For flat city commute: Edition LTD wins on range. For hilly/loaded: Expert 600 wins on torque. Don't pay Expert 600 prices for an Edition LTD by mistake.

E-Horizon Premium Expert (€4,499) vs E-Horizon Expert 600 (€3,200) — €1,300 extra gets you Shimano XT 1x12 (vs Deore 1x11), Kiox 300 display (vs Intuvia 100), 4-piston BR-M8120 brakes (vs MT420). Worth it if you ride >5,000 km/year and value premium drivetrain. Most users won't notice the difference.

Gates CDX belt = no chain lubrication for ~20,000 km, Nexus 5-speed hub = enclosed gears, Bosch PX = newest motor generation. Best for buyers who hate maintenance. Tradeoff: only 5 gears (limits hill climbing in high power mode).

Used E-Horizon 2019-2021 — battery is the critical question. After 4-5 years, Bosch PowerTube can be at 60-80% original capacity. Range drops from claimed 100 km to real 60 km in Tour mode. ALWAYS run Bosch eBike Flow battery health check before buying. New PowerTube 625 Wh costs €700-900 to replace.
