Spillo Tourer
city
01
Origin
The Spillo Tourer extends Bianchi's city-bike Spillo range toward the fitness/trekking segment. It pairs a lightweight aluminum frame with a suspension fork, hydraulic disc brakes, and Shimano CUES gearing -- practical upgrades over the base Spillo that make it more capable on mixed surfaces and longer commutes. Available in both step-over and step-through variants to serve diverse rider preferences.

The verdict
+Strengths
- CUES 2x10sp + hydraulic MT200 disc brakes are genuinely good components at this price
- Suspension fork takes the edge off city rough patches and short gravel detours
- Dual frame-shape option (step-over / step-through) covers a wide range of rider preferences
−Weaknesses
- 63 mm suspension is city-oriented only -- not suited for real off-road use
- 2x drivetrain adds chain line complexity vs simpler 1x for urban commuting
- Limited size range (43 ST / 47) may not fit taller riders well
