Origin

The T-Tronik X is Bianchi's sport-hardtail e-MTB on a 6061 aluminum frame with Bosch motor. The TRK sub-variant broadens appeal with 28-inch wheels and trekking tires for mixed gravel/path riders.

The verdict

+Strengths
  • Bosch CX (9.1) at 100 Nm gives full e-MTB performance at a mid-range price
  • Dropper post from size M is practical and rare at this segment
  • TRK variant adds fitness/trekking appeal without a separate model
Weaknesses
  • Aluminum hardtail is heavier and less refined than carbon full-suspension alternatives
  • 120 mm travel limits technical descending; purely a cross-country/light-trail performer
  • 10-speed Deore feels dated as competitors now ship 12-speed as e-MTB standard
