REGULATORY FIRST: Neo 1 (Performance Speed, 45 km/h) is moped-class in EE/LV/LT — requires registration, plates, insurance, AM licence, helmet always. Neo 2 (Cargo Line, 25 km/h EPAC) is a normal bicycle. For Baltic family use, Neo 2 is almost always the right choice.

Longtail (Cargowagen — kids behind) vs front-loader (Wonderwagen — kids in front): Long-tail wins on turning circle, parking footprint, and ease of mounting; front-loader wins on visibility of kids and conversation while riding. For 2 small children, many parents prefer front-loader. For school-age kids and shopping, longtail is more flexible.
