Origin
Mercane Co., Ltd was established in May 2015 as an R&D and manufacturing house for electric personal mobility, first known for e-wagon and Transboard-style products before it made its name with the WideWheel — a compact, fat-tyre kick-scooter that became a bestseller through 2017-2019 and defined the brand's 'wide, planted, plush' character. The MX60 arrived around 2019-2020 as Mercane's step up into full performance/off-road territory: where the WideWheel was a stylish urban tool, the MX60 was built to be near-bulletproof — dual 1200W motors, a big removable 60V battery, 11-inch fat pneumatics and true dual air suspension. It slotted into the same competitive bracket as the Zero 10X and early Dualtron models, but undercut them on price, which made it a popular grey-import performance scooter across Europe and Australia during the first big e-scooter boom.

The verdict
- Plush, planted ride — 11-inch fat tyres plus dual air suspension soak up rough roads better than most rivals of its era
- Strong dual-motor performance: ~59 km/h top speed, brisk acceleration and confident hill climbing
- Removable 60V battery (10Ah/20Ah) with big claimed range and convenient indoor charging
- Heavy (~30-35 kg) — the twist-fold helps but it is a chore to carry or lift into a car
- Controller reliability is a known weak point, especially under hard dual-motor use (fried controllers reported)
- Dated details: dim stock headlight, so-so mechanical (not hydraulic) disc brakes, and support is thin now the model is discontinued
