Origin
The Define launched in January 2019 as NS Bikes' statement that a Polish brand could play at the top of the full-suspension market. The carbon platform was designed in-house with a clever modular approach: swapping the rear shock mount converts the frame between trail (130mm) and enduro (150mm) configurations, letting riders own one frame for two disciplines.

The verdict
+Strengths
- Modular travel (130mm/150mm) gives genuine two-in-one versatility from a single frame
- Slack 64.5° head angle and long reach deliver confident descending at speed
- Carbon construction keeps weight competitive with European enduro brands
−Weaknesses
- Chainstay length (440mm) is relatively long — less agile in tight technical sections
- Swapping shock mounts to change travel requires workshop time and two shocks
- Entry-level Define AL builds are heavier and lose the carbon efficiency benefit
