Analog
Origin
The Analog is Cube's straightforward, no-frills hardtail — the bike that sits one rung above the entry Aim and is meant for riders who actually plan to take the bike off road regularly rather than just to the bakery. The frame is Aluminum Lite with internal cable routing and a tapered head tube; the 2024 build pairs it with a RockShox Judy Silver TK coil fork (100 mm, lockout) and a SRAM SX Eagle 1x12 drivetrain with a huge 11-50t range — surprisingly capable kit for a €899 bike. SizeSplit means XS/S roll on 27.5" wheels, M and up on 29ers, with Schwalbe Smart Sam 2.25" tyres. Brakes are Shimano hydraulic (180/160 mm). The Analog has been around in some form since 2014 and has slowly moved from low-end 3x9 builds to modern 1x12 — it's now genuinely usable on real singletrack rather than just gravel paths. Reviewers consistently call it one of the best-value entry-level hardtails in Europe.
